Whether you’re facing a long to-do list or trying to power through a workday, sometimes we need a little extra boost to overcome that sluggish feeling. The good news? You can re-energize yourself with simple strategies that not only get you back on track but also improve your focus and motivation.

Here are nine energizing tips that can help you push through moments of laziness and make the most of your day:

  1. Get Moving!  Physical activity is the kryptonite of laziness. Any form of exercise, whether it’s a quick walk or an intense workout, releases endorphins that instantly lift your mood and restore energy. Moving your body gets the blood flowing, making you feel alert and ready to take on the day.
