Once you’ve submitted your resume, you need to:

  • Log into LinkedIn and search for the company you applied with.
  • Use the resources on LinkedIn to find employees who work for the same company.
  • Go ahead and filter those by job types. This should help you find someone listed as human resources, recruiting, or even the hiring manager.
  • Once you’ve found them, reach out to a couple of them letting them know you applied.
