Needs video.

You made it!  If you’ve been building your personal brand everyday, you’ve reached day 30!

You’ve put in so many days of consistent work you should be proud. Give yourself a pat on the back. You have a personal online profile and career marketing materials designed to get you noticed and get you hired.

I hope you have several positions in mind to apply for or a list of those you are applying for now that you have all the pieces in place. Surveys show a typical job search takes between 6-9 months. However, utilizing the techniques I’ve shared with you over the last 30 days should cut that time substantially.

I also want to share a few worksheet that will help you once you land your Successfully Ever After. It’s always good to start thinking of how you want to be known in the office and how you can catch the eye of your supervisors in a positive way. Just like visibility is important in the job search, it’s also important when you start making plans for promotion. You’ll find the 10 Steps to Move Your Career Forward worksheet to start you thinking of the future.

Unfortunately, not everyone in the workplace is fun to work with. So I’m including 2 worksheets on dealing with negative people in the workplace. The key is to not let them keep you from enjoying your job or getting sucked into their issues. These sheets have some great tips on how to manage the workplace environment.
